At Home Full Body Circuit

While the gym is always an ideal place to workout for space and equipment reasons, moms know how hard it can be to get there. This full body circuit can be done at home and with minimal equipment. My spunky 6-year-old helped me film the video demonstration below of each of the movements, so I apologize in advance for the many distractions.

NEED: Resistance bands & dumbbells (I recommend the SlingShot hip circle band)

Full Body Circuit

Walking lunges - 12 one way, 12 back (use body weight or add dumbbell)

Side hops - 12 one way, 12 back

Fire hydrants with band - 20 each leg (use a medium strength resistance band)

Mountain climbers - 30 each leg

Jack squats with dumbbell - 25 total

Burpees - 10 total - with OPTIONAL Superset of Kettle bell swings - 10 total

Air jump squats - 10 total

Monkey walks - 20 one way, 20 back (use the SlingShot band if you have it, or a heavy resistance band)

Sled push (weighted) if at the gym - 10 seconds down, 10 seconds back - If at home do suicide runs for 30-60 seconds

Side steps with resistance band- 10-15 down, 10-15 back (use the SingShot band if you have it or any heavy resistance band)

Jump rope - 60 seconds

Repeat 3 times

End with Yoga Tree Pose (courtesy of Keylen)

Try not to take breaks between each exercise; go from one right into the next. When the entire circuit is complete take a 2-3 minute break before starting again.
